I am starting this blog to let the world know the down-low of my Norway travels in a mass form. I wish I could send emails to all, but time is limited so a blog is the best way to go. I'm quite excited to hop on a plane tomorrow, but for now I must focus on packing. I have piles upon piles of crap and two uppacked packs waiting. Will I be ready for that plane tomorrow is the question.

Grandma is going along in your packpack vicariously, and anxious to hear of your adventures. Talked to Aunt Florence who said her daughter Karen Helgesen lived in Norway for several years very close to Hamar. She told about visiting the shops in Hamar and that it was a very pleasant smaller town. I noted it is similar to White Bear Lake in size.
ReplyDeleteEric is now on the plane, ready to head to Chicago, then to Stockholm,Sweden and onto Olso, Norway. He will take the train from Oslo to Hamar, Norway where to University is. He is meeting up with a fellow student in Stockholm. One large, one medium and one small backpack later and he is on his way!
